We need a Personal Assistant for our Managing Director

​We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive PA to support the Managing Director in driving the growth of our rapidly expanding business. The role requires someone who is highly organised, financially savvy, and capable of managing multiple aspects of the business.  
 
The job 

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks  

• Assist the MD in managing daily, repetitive tasks 

• Engage with suppliers to secure the best pricing  

• Gather data from QuickBooks and other financial tools  

• Prepare weekly and monthly P&L reports  

• Assist the MD in making informed purchasing and investment decisions  

• Help manage the development of a new website and marketing projects 

• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and business partners. 

• Assist with obtaining quotes for financing  

• Attend meetings with the MD 

• Act as a trusted partner to the MD 

• Over time, take on more autonomy and decision-making responsibilities within operational and financial areas as the business continues to grow. ​

What we want you to have 
 

• 3+ years’ experience in personal assistant role or similar 

• Basic understanding of financial principles 

• Strong analytical skills  

• Highly organized  

• A solid understanding of marketing principles 

• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communication 

• Excellent and friendly telephone manner 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

• Ability to independently manage own workload effectively and work to deadlines 

• Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office - MS Word, spreadsheets, email)

 Pay and hours 
£45,000 per year. Full time hours on a flexible working schedule.
