Over the years rainwater had entered and built up within the tree at the split. Through time this would lead to a very dangerous situation with the tree being unsafe.
The large sycamore tree was removed from a garden in the Bonnyrigg & Lasswade area and at the clients request the large branches and logs where left on-site to be recycled and used as features in the garden and to heat the clients home during the coming winter and beyond. They then replaced two old fences with new ones in keeping with the existing fences in the area. The work was carried out expertly and professionally and the men tidied up the area afterwards. There was only one small problem in that the tree stump was bigger than expected and could not be removed with the equipment they had. However the tree surgeon came back a couple of days later and removed the stump with a bigger machine. Very pleased with the final result."

"These guys are brilliant, I was having a nightmare with a monster sycamore tree, that had literally taken over mine and my neighbor's garden. Due to its size I was extremely worried about who to get to remove it and about the high price it may cost, I called Josh and he advised and reassured me that the job wouldn't be a problem, and the price was great, Mac and Seb were prompt, professional, trustworthy and what skill Mac has, scaling and managing such an enormous tree, he glided about with ease. They tidied up everything and chopped up the wood into logs for me to use in the log burner, they have solved for me what has been a headache for years, thanks lads, would definitely recommend and will use them again.
