The team attended regularly over that period, having prioritised the large amount of required work into a logical order for attention. At each stage we received communication about appointment times etc. and they set clear expectations of what would be achieved in each visit, matched against our original quotation. The team members are friendly, polite, punctual and they arrive and just get stuck into the task at hand with no time wasted. It has been a great experience. We are continuing to use their maintenance services on a regular 2 weekly pattern, where they visit at a pre-arranged time and ensure the garden is all kept tidy and up to scratch. Although there has been a financial investment needed to reach this stage, we have no regrets and are so glad we chose wisely, selecting a hard working, reliable and professional firm.
