"Thanks, JDS. The team came as planned early AM. Messaging from JDS was very good, with text and email updates to keep me up to speed on the date, etc. We have a large, overgrown cherry tree that is spreading onto our neighbour's property. It needed to be crowned (a reduction in branch length and to preserve the tree's integrity, with care taken not to stress the tree and keep the tree balanced, and smaller branches were thinned, shrubs cut back along the same bed as the tree, front privet hedge (main roadside) taken down by two feet approx 16 feet wide.
The team were all great: Jamie and his new colleague conducted an efficient survey, provided a costing on the same visit, and the team who came were great. Very responsive, ensured the job was as planned, gave me a chance to discuss on the day, and the cleanup was very good, with all removed materials taken away as planned. The team on the day was Callan, Ross, and Joe, and they were great. Thank you."
